Check out the following: 12/29/2009 Well, the new year is almost here. 2010 will be the year of the "return" of sanity to the governmental branches. Why?.....because we the people are standing up and demanding Constitutionality or NO DEAL. Our next TeaParty meeting will be January 5 at 7 pm at the VFW in Hobbs. Please be sure to join us as we have much work to do. We will be signing official petitions for legislation we need passed on the state level to protect us from current and former unconstitutional federal laws and mandates. We will be informing the public on the proper procedures and requirements for recalls, referendums, and initiatives as well as discussing legal actions to possibly consider for some state elected officials and weigh those options. It is vital to the economic security of our state as well as our personal liberties, that each citizen be present and take an active role in the process of taking control back from the corrupt politicians that are destroying our state and our nation. We will be discussing the vetting of 2010 candidates as well. As a Patriot, I can not express enough the importance of your attendance. In order to be effective on a state level, we MUST have local participation from every city, county and district. Although unconstitutional laws have been passed and obeyed in the past, and some of our options have been stripped from us as far as bringing some to justice, there is NO law that says we must continue as citizens to obey UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS. We will call this 'CIVIL OBEDIENCE" to the Constitution as that is what we intend to do. Those that continue to pass unconstitutional laws are the ones guilty of civil disobedience as well as other infractions. Please come and be counted in taking this country back. Do not make excuses. Do not think "someone" will do it for you. It is up to you to save our country for your self and your future generations. This is a critical time in America's history and we need every sane, common sense, logical, body who can sign their signature to be at the meeting. Check out the following: We are doing a postcard campaign on October 1, 2009 asking everyone to send these to all elected officials and the media. I announced at the meeting PPL could go to our site and download the postcards to send. I will aslo email you media contact info so they can mail one to the ALLBARACKCHANNELS maybe that will get their attention!

The march on the state capitol starts at 1:30 and will last as long as we can keep it going. The next local meeting will be on 9/22 at 7 pm at the VFW at 609 W. Alto.
