Good morning everyone, Yesterdays Tea Party went extremely well here in Alamogordo NM. 350 people showed up between the Tea Party Patriots and the Second Amendment Task Force people. ( 2ATF ) Just to show you how those Counter- Liberal Protesters minds think. They claimed that since only 350 people had come from the surrounding areas to attend the Tea Party. That showed very little support for the Tea Party Protest ( Read the letters to the Editor ), ....REALLY. The Counter- Protestors that were for Obama numbered ONLY SEVEN ! ....... So who are the real Americans around here ?
IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT NOT ONE AMERICAN FLAG WAS PRESENT WITH THE COUNTER -PROTESTORS !

There are Four videos, the first being the Tea Party, but hang in there and watch all of them to see the one about our snow here in Alamogordo and the air show at the Air Force Base with F-22 Raptor Fighter plane. It's the latest and greatest fighter plane in our country and it's almost at my back door.

Hello to all:
Just wanted the real truth to be told here. I attended the Tea Party Protest today here in Alamogordo NM. The Tea Party and Second Amendment folks were
required by the City of Alamogordo NM to obtain permits for the protest today here in town Jan 2 2010.
On the opposite side of the street there was a group of Seven Counter- Protestors, ( Liberals ) Guess what ? They were NOT required to obtain a permit for them to also stand on the public streets of Alamogordo NM and Counter- Protest the Tea Party people ! You can read about this unfair act by this City to allow and condone this wrong doing in today's news paper article from the link I've enclosed !
Since I am a Retired Police Officer from AlamoGordo NM, I made it a point to personally speak with the on Duty shift DPS Lieutenant whom I knew personally and ask him if the Counter protestor had obtained a city permit. He responded " Well no, they don't have a permit and they were given some slack by the Chief of DPS Sammy Trujillo !
Needless to say, I brought this point to the attention of the Gentleman that had organized the Tea Party protest. We both agreed that we will be bringing up this grievance to the City Manager, Mayor and the Chief of Police. As well as a letter to the Editor of the Alamogordo Daily News Paper !

All of us that proudly attended today's Tea Party in Alamogordo NM are proud of each and everyone that showed up with their firearms. There were absolutely no incidents involving anyone that was carrying a firearm..... But then again. who in their right mind is stupid enough to start badgering some one that is openly carry a firearm? Trust me, there were several loaded fire arms being carried today.
Way to go "Patriots of America". Now that's responsible gun ownership, and that's what it's all about. Our Freedoms !
