States Rights are on the Move

We are still working on this. Stay tuned

Check out the following:

I think MD, under O'Malley,  is not following the wishes of its citizens.
From the Campaign for Liberty site:
State Sovereignty Acts (Harford C4L Talk)
Today our country is continuing to travel further down the spiral, each day accelerating, with a corrupt and tyrannical federal government passing unconstitutional bills and bailouts, ultimately destroying everything our founding fathers stood for. Since times are getting worse some States have proposed and even passed bills to assure their 10th amendment rights.
The 10th amendement reads:
" The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States , are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
The 10th Amendment is also known as the State Sovereignty Amendment. It enforces the State's rights against unconstitutional Federal laws which allow States to secede from the Union and operate on their own.
States that have proposed a state sovereignty bill include:
Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
States that have passed a state sovereignty bill include:
Arkansas, Arizona, California, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
states rights
Out of all of the state sovereignty bills passed one sticks out from the rest. New Hampshire has an excellent version of this bill. They reclaim 1st amendment rights, 2nd amendment rights ignoring federal gun bans, 4th amendment rights repealing The Patriot Act, 9th amendment rights which keeps the government from impeding on rights not defined by the constitution, and enforce their 10th amendment rights to state sovereignty.
New Hampshire also won't follow the Federal Reserve, pay unconstitutional Federal Tax, won't participate in a National State Of Emergency/Martial Law, won't have forced labor camps during a State Of Emergency, and there won't be a war draft. West Virginia has proposed the same State Sovereignty Act as New Hampshire.
Maryland has not proposed or passed a State Sovereignty Act. It is very important that Maryland assures the 10th amendment so our rights are protected. We should all write to our State Legislators to persuade them to pass a form of State Sovereignty, preferably as strong as New Hampshire's.
I have already sent an email to them and this letter link can be found on the Web
Page.  Copy and send the letter to your State Senators........

YES,  this is what you can do on a State Level to free us from a tyrannical Federal Government.  I stongly support this concept and suggest that you do as well.

REFERENCE TO GUN CONTROL
“If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of selfdefense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpations of the national rulers may be exerted with infi nitely better prospect of success than against those of the rulers of an individual State. In a single State, if the persons entrusted with supreme power become usurpers, the different parcels, subdivisions, or districts of which it consists, having no distinct government in each, can take no regular measures for defense. The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair.” -- Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 28
