Sen. Reid has the 60 necessary to pass a cloture vote to end debate and bring the Senate Government Takeover of Health Care to vote on the Senate Floor. Additionally, they are going to vote on a bill that has been finalized for barely a few hours much less 72 hours. On top of all of this, the Senate plans to vote to end debate on Reid. This is an outrageous mockery of our US Constitution.
We have been lied too! Our Constitution and Bill of Rights are being ignored! I would have never thought that this would happen in the this great country. If this passes, we will have lost all freedoms and we will become a Socialist or Communist country.

Just wanted to say again that I really enjoyed your book. It should be a "must read" for all students. It has a wealth of information on our founding fathers, and their intentions when framing this nation, all in one place. Knowledge like this would make it hard for the "liberal, non-American, movement" to brainwash our children into believing the progressive lies being fed to them in our public educational system today.
Thank you again for my signed copy. I think it should also be a "must read" for every elected official, as they clearly do not understand where the power to govern comes from nor do they realize that this is NOT the first time, a tyrannical government has tried to overrun the American people, nor will it be the first time that the American people put these TREASONOUS TYRANTS in their place!

All we have to do is read the Original Declaration of Independence and study its meaning. There lies the answer. No more questions! If this Senate passes Cap and Trade or Health Care reform or both, and increasing the National dept, then the line has been drawn in the sand. It will be time to take the necessary steps to do the following:
In the original Declaration these words were documented:
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures. He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
Did you think that this government would never be challenged from within?
This challenge has been going on for more than 70 years. One little step at a time and we have been complacent in our actions. However, we have seen the light!
Today the light is dim for our country.
But, through the Patriots of this Great Land, the light is a little less dim! I can see over the horizon much trial and tribulation!

Dear President Obama,
My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don't believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.
I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos'n Mate. Now I live in a "rest home" located on the western end of Pearl Harbor, allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.

After 9/11 you said," America hasn't lived up to her ideals."
Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope you didn't mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.
I don't think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.
Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man.
Shape up and start acting like an American. If you don't, I'll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue. You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.
And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don't want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts, who was putting up a fight? You don't mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don't want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.
One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but you're the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you're not in this fight to win, then get out.. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you're thinking of.
You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president. You're not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That's not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now.

You may have heard in the news that a couple of Post Offices in Texas have been forced to take down small posters that say
'IN GOD WE TRUST ,'
The law, they say, is being violated.
Anyway, I heard proposed on a radio station show, that we should all write
' IN GOD WE TRUST'
on the back of all our mail.
After all, that's our National Motto, and -----all the money we use to buy stamps.
We think it's a wonderful idea.
We must take back our nation from all the people who think that anything that offends them should be removed.
If you like this idea, please pass it on and DO IT. The idea of writing or stamping..........
'IN GOD WE TRUST ' on our envelopes sounds good to us .
SOME PEOPLE ARE HAVING A STAMP MADE TOO........
lets use it as our signature on e-mails, too!
It's been reported that 86% of Americans believe in God. Therefore, we have a very hard time understanding why there's such a mess about having ' In God We Trust!'
on our money and having God in the pledge of Allegiance.
Could it be that WE just need to take action and tell the 14% to 'sit down and shut up'?

I agree with Tony, I have been organizing since the late 70's and early 80's There were signs over the horizon that one could tell we were going down the wrong path. We were leaving our GOD and our Saviour, Jesus Christ out of the equation.

I put my children in home school! I had seen and heard enough!

I would do the following.
I would tell the CIA, FBI and all other
agencies protect our country.
I would tell Congress and the Senate to go home, your pay stops today and all benefits. If you need funding talk to the state that elected you to serve, they can pay you!
I would turn off the lights of Congress and the Senate in the state house. You do not serve the government, you serve the people of the state that elected you and your pay will come from that state. The Federal government is not responsible for your retirement, your health care, your staff or anything else you deem necessary. It will be up to the state that elected you to serve them, to pay for your service.
I would tell all special interest groups to leave Washington. They are not welcome. (They are killing the Constitution and the Bill of Rights).
I have a country to protect. Pass appropriations for the defense of this country. I will call you if I need you for Legislative action. After all, We have the Legislative branch, the Judicial branch and the Executive branch.
I cannot do this alone. I have to follow the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, it is in the oath I took!
I would put up the defense system in Poland and the Czech Republic along with the current plans. I would tell Israel fly over Iraq to hit Iran if needed. We will send many more fighter planes right behind you! I would put battle ships in the Arabian Sea on Red alert. I would tell Russia and China, join us.
I would cut all relations with the United Nations. Pack up and move out!
I would tell all South American nations, we will cut all if any funding to your countries or states. Clean up you act! Your control of your people is despicable. Power only results in revolution for any peoples that what freedom and less government control.
Do this and we will have every nations attention!!!
I have the Constitutional Right as President under the oath I took to Protect the American people and the United States.

It was and always will be a sad but a triumphant day in American History. June 6th, 1944, the Turning point in the war for Freedom, we sent tens of thousands into the valley of death to free a country and a nation. On that one day, we as a Nation lost over 6,000.
This was one day! My God! How much blood do we have to spend to secure the world?
Today we are freeing other Nations, Iraq and Afghanistan. Will we continue until there are no more of us to do the job?
This is what a Christian Nation does. We will sacrifice, we will die, and we will give all for you. It will be up to you to make the best of it. We do not want your land, country or religion. We do not expect you to accept our religion and we will not accept your religion. If your religion mandates that you take control of this nation and it's beliefs and its Christian foundation based on our religion, then your religion does not worship God. It worships Satin! The evil one!
I know we have all been or should have been taught that our Nation is founded on Christian principles and our history will prove that as fact! Yet, we have forgotten about our own homeland and the leaders that do not understand this country and its true meaning.
Our current representatives in Congress and the Senate and all of the main stream media, are puppets on strings. They can't wait too slobber all over this administration and it's conspirators.
They are bringing this country down below the very crust and soil that our founders fought and bleed for, and the very meaning of faith, liberty, justice, and the right to prosper in this great land.......
If just once they would actually read the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and studied it, they might understand the meaning!.....
What a sad day for America. They do not care; it is all about power and control. Spread the wealth, bring down the people, then they will submit.
We should never be a people willing to submit!.......
When the last shell is spent and you are looking into the eyes of death, when you can see the bayonet ready to strike or the knife ready to slash your throat, what will be your thoughts?.....
I can only say, if we as Americans do not get during this time, will we ever get it!
This country and its true meaning will be forever lost.

The United States Flag

To all Patriots,
The Flag is a symbol that we all rally around in bad times and good times. I cherish the Flag because it has stood over time as a symbol for all Americans. However, we as Patriots need not wrap ourselves around the Flag, but better yet, around the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Without these documents we would not have a flag to fly. Remember the order.. I still have my flags and will fly them with pride, but I will not use the Flag as my only means to express myself.
I will submit to the Eunice City Council members, a Resolution regarding the Declaration of Independence, Constitution of the United States, The Bill of Rights and especially the 1st and 2nd Amendments, tomorrow. This resolution will be brought forth to the Council @ our next schedule meeting for first reading. State Rights are coming, one step at a time!!!! This Revolution started at the ground level with great American Patriots. Their voices have been heard all across this great land. I as a city Councilman will carry it on to the next step, for the people and the city, I represent! First the cities, then the counties, then the states. The Ten Amendment is coming back!!! It was 2:00 AM IN THE MORNING!
I was sleeping the other night and had a dream that soilders, IRS agents, and census takers were surrounding by home and threating me because I would not give them all the information they wanted on the census documents.
I came to the door (armed) of course, I looked out the window and there they were. Blow horns in hand demanding that I let them in to search my HOME.
I did not open the door, which would have been an open inventation to enter, but called out to them!.
